Emilie Stephenson, Head of Force for Good UK, innocent drinks

Emilie Stephenson is innocent’s UK Head of Force for Good. Since joining in 2006, Emilie has held a number of leadership roles across the business and, today, she leads innocent’s ‘Force for Good’ function in the UK, which focuses on the brand’s commitment to people and planet. 

Emilie became a fan of innocent after discovering them as a student at Cambridge University when they sponsored her end-of-year ball. After leaving the dance with as many bottles she could carry, Emilie joined the global team a few years later to lead the successful launch of innocent in France. Since then, Emilie has worked across innocent’s sales & marketing teams, both in France and the UK, leading on the launch of new products and campaigns, including the London 2012 Olympics. In 2021, Emilie became innocent's Head of Force for Good - the brand's UK voice for their many nutritional and sustainability initiatives, including their commitment to reducing its carbon footprint per bottle by 50% by 2030 and building its state-of-the-art new carbon-neutral Blender in Rotterdam.

Emilie has more than 15 years of experience, previously working at AC Nielsen in Paris and in international development in the field in Cameroon, Peru and Chile.
